OVER 1500 DRIVERS NETTED IN THE 6 MONTHS OF TRAFFIC OPERATIONS

Traffic police have revealed that over 3000 cars have been impounded, 1500 drivers have been arrested ever since TEMBEYA and FIKA SALAM OPERATIONS was started.

Charles Ssebambulidde the spokesperson traffic and road safety directorate says that a number of the arrested drivers were charged with reckless driving, DMC, lack of car seat belts and elated

Ssebambulidde further warned passengers over failing to put on seat belts and excess loading since they will face the  long arm of the saying  law before adding that the operations will soon not spare passengers.

He wants the schools and community to be educated about traffic laws and if possible schools to make it subject.
