” NEMA and police are going to destroy over 300 Shisha pots that were impounded in Casablanca in Mukono, Buggies, centenary park,  Arua park, cayne, panamera  bar,  and various bars from kabalagala among other places” said Talibita
When asked why it has taken them and the state long to arraign the suspects and the business place before the courts of law,  Talibita attributed it to the scientific evidence which he said it needs thorough analysis and can only be conducted in the government analytical laboratory.
” the good news is that the scientific analysis report has come out and we anticipate that any time before the end of July ends the resident state attorney sitting at the KCCA is going to arraign them before the court.” said Talibita
