Bishop Kibuuka holds mass wedding for followers in eastern Uganda, unveils piggery project

The Bishop  for the Evangelical orthodox church  in Uganda (Antioch Catholic rite) Jacinto Kibuuka officiated 14 couples into holy matrimony at  mother Mary prayer center Kagumu Kibuku district.

During the historical event,Bishop Kibuuka urged the couples to hold dearly the the pillars of marriage that include love for each other and their children , forgiveness and prayer since they are the source of prosperity and development in any family.

On the same function that was graced by  several district leaders including the the resident district commissioner madam Najuma Juliet Ssenkole,  Bishop Kibuuka revealed that any time soon he will give over 500 piglets to the congregation to rear free of charge which he will buy at a later stage  at befitting prices and sale them abroad.
In the pipeline again is also the brick laying project.
The above is in addition to the mushroom project which is already an income generating activity to the residents.

The RDC Kibuku district  Najuma Juliet Ssenkole who applauded Bishop Kibuuka for the developmental and educational project to her area, reported that the women’s group at the church emerged the best exhibitor at  the district headquarters during the Women’s Day celebrations.

She further said that EOC church is a true reflection of Jesus Christ’s work since it extends love for all,  equips and empowers them economically, mentally and socially.
