The Bishop for central and Eastern provinces of uganda in the Evangelical Orthodox Church Jacinto Kibuuka has advised the arch-bishop of Kampala in the Roman Catholic Church Cyprian Kizito Lwanga not to waste his time and that of his followers praying for him to return were he expelled him from since it will never happen.
The charismatic Bishop made these remarks before leading the way of the cross at mamre prayer center namugongo Janda on good Friday.
Bishop Kibuuka questioned the position he will hold incase he returned to the Roman church before emphasing that he will never eat his vomits
“I think he (archbishop Lwanga) who told the Roman Catholics to pray for my return is day dreaming (laughs off) because it’s him who suspended me, now why is he calling me back? Besides in case I return what position will I hold because am a bishop, does that mean when I return I will be the arch-bishop! No way
I want to assure everyone that never in my life will I ever eat my vomits, I will die serving God and His people in the eastern rite of Catholic Church.” said Bishop Kibuuka.
The spiritual director of Mamre international prayer centre welcomed the return of father Anthony Musaala and father Sonko Deogratious to the Roman church saying that they all serve the same God thus he has no problem with it and they are praying for them to serve well.
Bishop Kibuuka also revealed that seven priests will be joining them in addition to ordaining more people into priesthood with in this year and opening up five new branches in April.
Meanwhile he also appealed to security organs to beef up their security systems in order to curb the rampant kidnaps and murders in the country.
