City Young Tycoon Business man Rajiv Ruparelia has expressed concern over failure by business proprietors to adopt stock exchange method a reason that has led to business failure shortly their initiation.
Rajiv revealed this while addressing the congregation of Rotarian’s youth of Kampala South as the key note speaker under the topic “Building Companies that last” at Hotel Africana
Rajiv taught the youths how to develop businesses that will last forever. He cautioned them not to start businesses simply because their friends are venturing into the same but rather to draw their own inspiration and be passionate it about in addition to applying professionalism.
He added that skills and network do a tendinous job in making money thus one doesn’t need a lot of money to grow their business.
“never allow some one to stop you from doing something, you came in this world alone sit and think how would love your future to look like. take your time, teach your self, keep working slowly by slowly, start with one sale and you will find your self with a thousand sales.
Dr. Magie Kigozi of crown beverages who was also on the panel surprised the audience when she said her ideal was not to do business but she found herself into it.
“I am a medical doctor but I decided to put on the business shoe’s with that little knowledge about it, the beginning was hard, but after all we succeeded and started our own crown beverage”
