Ugandans have been urged to be peace makers and  holy in this festival season by not paying evil by evil.
The call has been sounded by the Bishop for central and Eastern provinces of uganda in the evangelical orthodox church, a jurisdiction of one, holy, catholic and Apostolic Church Jacinto Kibuuka in his address to the press on Saturday at mamre prayer center international namugongo Janda

Bishop Kibuuka who wished all Ugandans a  merry Christmas and joyful 2018, appealed to them to make efforts to live in peace with everyone and to be holy by always striving to be good to everyone.
“But the fruit of the spirit is love,  joy, peace,  forbearance, goodness, and faithfulness. Galatians 5:22.
Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and everyone  else.” said Kibuuka.
He also cautioned people against using their positions of power to neither sow hatred nor tell lies to mislead others on personal grounds.
“Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary repay evil with blessings, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.” Kibuuka added.
In the same way kibuuka has unveiled their program for the 31st prayers.
“on the 29 and 30th we shall have deliverance, then on the 31st through the night we shall have a prayer of blessing and empowerment.
A blessing that breaks every yoke, curse, and bondage. We shall also have massive fire wax at mamre prayer center international namugongo Janda” he added
He unveiled the 2018 theme as extending territories which he said comes with prosperity and blessings.
