In abide to fight unemployment and poverty amongst Nakaseke district residents especially the youths, their aspiring member of parliament come 2021 Esther Nakawooya has
offered 20 bursaries to the youths who are willing to acquire hands on skills and those who are already pursuing their courses in Bulyake parish, kasangombe sub-county.
Nakawooya applauded parents who sacrifice the little money they have to educate their children most especially the girl child since education is the best investment on earth.
“Considering the current population density in Uganda, its believed that the youths constitutes the biggest percentage yet most of them are unemployed thus the need to adopt a hands on skills system to train Job creators not job seekers” said the aspiring woman member of parliament Esther Nakawooya during the graduation party in Bulyake parish, kasangombe sub-county.
Nakawooya also urged the graduands to add on vocational skills to their achieved qualifications and also to start their own businesses instead of wasting their valuable time looking for jobs which are nonexistent.
Nakawooya further urged parents to accord time to their children in order to stop them from joining unguided and undisciplined peer groups.
