Forum for Democratic Change FDC youth league is considering petitioning court over the nakivubo War Memorial Stadium give away to city tycoon Hamis Kiggundu allias Ham.
According to the party spokesman Ibrahim Semujju Nganda, nakivubo give away was done in a fraudulent manner since the president has no mandate to order for leasing of properties governed by acts of parliament before wondering why the education and sports minister Janet Kataha Museveni has not  issued any statement on the same.
Ssemujju says that once a property is leased it becomes personal hence warning that no one should be surprised if a residential house is built instead of a modern stadium.
He further warned that all beneficiaries of the fraudulent give away of property, that their ownership will last only when  Museveni is still in power but after his exit they will be repossesed just like it was the case in the Amin’ regime when he gave away Asian property to Ugandans.
FDC also expressed grieve with Ugandans who were brutalized and their property destroyed in the eviction hence rallying them to join the fight to over throw Museveni government.
in the same way FDC National Executive Committee NEC instructed it’s party legal affairs secretary to study whether what transpired in the election of EALA legislators offended the treaty so that the  party takes legal action.
meanwhile the party has appointed 18 deputy secretary for NEC and replaced its deputy treasurer, fundraising  Hon. Beatrice Anywar who exited the party with Roland Ndyomugenyi in acting capacity.
Others include jinja municipality legislator Paul Mwiru who is now the deputy information and publicity, hon Kasian Wadri deputy mobilization north, Hon. Ekwau Ibi Florence deputy education, sports and arts and Sandra Ngabo the wife to the defiance pastor David happy Ngabo now deputy culture, ethics and religious affairs amongst others
