judiciary, law society, Catholic Church, Buganda, politicians and the family have eugolized the fallen prominent lawyer and former police officer Dr. Edward Damulira Muguluma.
Eugolizing the late at a requiem mass held at Christ the king church today,  Elias Kisawuuzi the judiciary mouth piece described the late as an icon of justice, who has been so humorous adding that the legal, political and judicial fraternity will greatly miss him.
“He goes with all his homour, a Scotland Yard trained Police officer who left Police at the rank of ASP to become a barrister at law because according to him at that time the public often castigated Police officers as” Basiru kale -stupid indeed ” said Kisawuuzi
Richard Lumu the Democratic Party legal advisor talked of the late as a person who has been passionate of his party, lived and died a democratic party member and supporter in that during tenure as a legal advisor he mentored many.
He also added that Muguluma has been transparent, added a lot on the criminal law of the country since he argued many cases which are used by many lawyers as references while arguing their cases and judges in deciding the cases .
In the same way the heart clan head in the Buganda Kingdom Nicholas Kasekende described the late as humorous and generous person who at one time gave his clan an acre of land in Busega despite resistance from some bad hearted persons.
The Kampala lord mayor Elias Lukwago talked of the deceased as an extra ordinary, selfless and devoted legal practioner who   fought for rule of law and constitutionalism, Justice and equity thus appealing to all Ugandans to observe same.
He also revealed that he mentored by the deceased while he was still the legal advisor of DP.
Namasuba Parish church where the deceased has been congregating and Radio Maria management a renowned Catholic liturgy radio praised the works of the deceased.
Me a while speaking on behalf of the family, Nicholas Wasajja talked on their father as a loving, caring, respectful,God fearing but strict person.
Dr. Muguluma at the age of 81 years has left a wife and five children, he was a former police officer, lecturer at Law Development centre, state prosecutor, a legal advisor to Dp and he has died as private lawyer at his law firm.
Muguluma had a diabetic condition and was pronounced dead on Sunday at Muguluma’ clinic Bweyogerere, he will be laid to his everlasting home in Ninzi, Kalisiizo in greater masaka.
