By Andrew Visper realmusisilwanga@gmail.com Presidential Candidate General Henry Tumukunde has warned that he is going to pull out of the elections if police and other security agencies continue to harrass the opposition candidate's.

Tumukunde says that he is in talks with other opposition politicians on whether they should remain in this campaign or not and that they will be communicating their position before tomorrow ends. 
His remarks come after police stopping him from going to Bundibugyo this afternoon where he was supposed to address his supporters. However Police heavily deployed a place called Murondo the boundary between Ntoroko and Bundibugyo and when he reached their the DPC only identified as Taban informed him that he was not supposed to go beyond that point and instructed him to speak to the people from there.
Speaking about the incident, Gen. Tumukunde wondered why police continues to block his rallies despite getting an assurance from the electoral commission this morning that such incidents would not happen again.
Tumukunde has also extended his condolences to the relatives who people who were gunned down by security in Kampala this afternoon.
