Lawyers of former police publicist late AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi murder suspects have threatened to drag to court the attorney general, individuals, and other security agencies attached to rearrest of the four of them shortly after their release by the Nakawa Chief Magistrates court.

The lawyers under their law firm “Wameli and company advocates” led by Anthony Wameli said that the four suspects are currently detained at Nalufennya police which they insist is illegal and unconstitutional adding that anybody detained at Nalufenya is tortured physically, psychologically among others.
He says they treat them inhumanly which violates their rights thus demanding for its investigation and immediate closure.

He further articulated that Nalufennya is specifically affiliated to political issues, and whoever detained there suffers consequently,
It should be noted that last week, Brig Richard Kamereire army spokes person said these four which include Abdul Majid Ojegere, Ahmed Ssenfukar, Umar Maganda and Ibrahim Kisa were rearrested since they are suspected to have a link to Allied Democratic Forces(ADF) militia based in Congo.
