Verbal exchange ensued at High court civil division sitting at Twed towers today between the acting deputy registrar Joy Kabagyen Bahinguza, Male Mabirizi and Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II lawyers after the registrar ruling against allowing an interim application seeking to stop the Buganda Kingdom from evicting it’s tenants before the main suit challenging the KYAPA MU NGALO project is heard.

Prior to the ruling, Mabirizi had challenged Kabagye’s jurisdiction on gounds that she is just at a magistrates’ level thus can not handle any case apart from those of mediations as per her current responsibilities at the high court though Mabirizi’s concern was  overruled.

The ruling was read amidst quarrels and bitter words and Mabirizi was also ordered to meet costs something that annoyed him leaving those in support of defense side  jubilating.
“Can you listen? because of the above findings, this application was uncalled for, since the same  grounds are the same of in the main application which is pending before the trial judge hence the application holds no merit and is dismissed with costs ,” read Kabagye  amidst bitter exchange between Mabirizi and Bwanika
When the situation escalated, the registrar ordered the police officer to drag Mabirizi out of court though the bitter Mabirizi warned the police officer not to dare touch him since he buys their  uniforms  through taxes however the officer conceived him and walked him out gently

“Don’t dare touch me  because you have no right to touch me  in courts, mark you even the uniform you’re  putting on its me who bought it” Mabirizi blasted the officer.
