LISTEN TO PEOPLE’S VOICES, UMCAT DIRECTOR URGES GOV’T

United Media Consultants And Trainers UMCAT director Mr. Charles Ogwal has appealed to government to always listen to people’ voices especially in regards to fighting corruption which has become a cancer in the country.
He made the call during the 11th graduation ceremony of UMCAT school of journalism and mass communication at their main campus gardens in Bukesa Mengo Kampala.
On the same event they also celebrated 20 years of the school’existance and acquisition of their own permanent home in addition to having the most females graduating against males.
Out of the 400 students graduands, 293 are females.
Ogwal further revealed that any time soon UMCAT will start awarding degrees at least in a space of three years from this year since almost all necessary steps have been taken.
Meanwhile the senior director of education and sports Annet Mugisha appealed to the graduands not let monetary benefits divert them from their professional ethics since the society largely relies on them.
