Mayiga to Buganda leaders: Stop exposing the kingdom mistakes

The Buganda premier Owekitibwe Charles Peter Mayiga has urged the kingdom leaders and organisation prrsonels to work as a team in fulfilling their responsibilities and the kingdom objectives.
Mayiga made the remarks while opening the Buganda leaders retreat held at hot springs hotel Ndejje makidye ssabagabo municipality.
Mayiga condemned the act of some of the kingdom leaders who publically expose the mistakes of the kingdom or it’s organisations instead of bringing it to the notice of management so that they are solved internally.
He also encouraged the Organisation heads to come up with a work plan where they can sensitise others leaders ranging from the ministers, county and parish chiefs about their products or work arrangements.
In thia two days retreat, the kingdom will unveil the new kingdom action plan(enteekateka Namutaayiika) which will guide their work from 2018 to 2023.
