Media fraternity losses an icon in super FM’s Lule Charles

By Ronald Kabuye
The media fraternity has been on Saturday afternoon bombarded with the sad news about the passing on of a humble, friendly, knowledgeable, motivation, experienced and a long time serving Pastor Peter Ssematimba’s Super FM radio Lule Charles.
The news took many of the journalists by surprise and left them in grief and doubting the fact that a friend to many had passed on.
By publication the brief we had is that Lule got a heart attack while walking at Kafumbe Mukasa road in Kampala which left him unconscious.he was then rushed to a clinic which could handle him thus referring him to Kirundu were he breathed his last on way.
One of the journalist Yudaya Nangonzi confirmed the same on her face book account.
“True. I have just called his number and a male who picked said he got an attack today and rushed to a clinic. From  there, they were referred to Kiruddu hospital. Before reaching the hospital, he breathed his last in the ambulance. Sad.” wrote Yudaya.
Her explanation was not any different from other journalists statements.
The deceased’s body has been taken to Mulago mortuary for postmortem.

there will be a night vigil at his home in makidye and will be buried at Buwambo-Lugo Kakolokolo

Lule who mentored many has been a resident of makidye division kampala suburb with a wife and two children.
May his soul rest in eternal peace our comrade
