Museveni sacks Kitaka, appoints new KCCA substantive ED, four others



President Museveni has made changes at Kampala Capital City Authority’s (KCCA)— appointing Ms. Dorothy Kisaka as a substantive executive director.

Ms. Kisaka the governance advisor in the office of the Prime Minister has replaced Andrew Mubiru Kitaka who served for 1 and half years in acting capacity.

The President has appointed four more directors including deputy KCCA executive director Eng. David Luyimbazi Saali who has replaced Samuel Sserunkuma.

“I’m writing to request you to interview for me the following persons and find out whether they are suitable to kan the indicated offices in Kampala Capital City Authority,” the president wrote in a letter to public service commission.

According to KCCA’s employment records, Mr Kitaka is a substantive director of engineering and technical services.
