NRM’ G7 donates 30,000 Masks, sanitizers, temperature guns to boda boda riders, NRM coordinators

National Resistance Movement (NRM) pressure group Generation Seven (G7) has unveiled a donation of at least  30,000 masks, temperature guns and sanitizer to the boda boda riders in Kampala and the NRM G7 coordinators from national level to  village level in abide to fight corona virus.
The donation was unveiled by the G7 national coordinator Olinga Gilbert at their offices in Kiwatule.
Olinga cautioned the youths against excitement of people he referred to as  political opportunists changing colours every now again and confusing Ugandans giving an of people power which unveiled its political party dubbed National Unity Platform (NUP)
He also appealed to  Ugandans to strictly follow the guidelines given by government and the  Electoral Commission all the time most especially during this electoral time.
The assistant national coordinator of G7 Simon Otkol appealed to the authorities to revise the decision of Boda Boda riders taking details of passengers saying its dangerous since they can easily be used for crimes.
Steven Mukasa, the G7 spokesperson said their pressure group has seven leaders at all levels that’s National, four regions, sub regions, districts, sub counties, parishes and villages.
He said their major aim is at least mobilize over four million votes for president Museveni in the upcoming elections in addition to the many million NRM supporters.
Meanwhile some of the boda boda riders who got a share first expressed gratitude for the generosity exhibited by G7 before urging their colleagues to keep discipline and strictly follow the guidelines given by all relevant authorities.
It should be noted that early this week president Museveni allowed Boda boda riders to carry passengers effective monday 28th with strict guidelines from the 4 months lock down
