According to Kawowo Sports, Simon Peter left the camp and went outside which is against the SOP's of the tournament due to the fear of contacts with untested covid-19 community.
'The local organizing committee of the Masaza Cup 2020 has expelled two officials from the FUFA Technical Centre – Njeru for violating the camp rules and guidelines.' Kawowo Sports.
 
Mugerwa, violated rule number 21 of the Masaza Cup guidelines that stops anyone leaving the camp at Njeru without permission from Masaza Cup Organizing Committee.
 
The two officials are, Uthuman Wasswa the chairman of Ssingo Ssaza team and the head coach of the reigning champions Simon Peter Mugerwa.
 
However, Simon Peter Mugerwa will use this chance to quit his job at Bulemeezi Ssaza team.
 
According to our close sources, Mugerwa wanted to leave the team before their first game.
 
"I cannot continue coaching such a team playing boring football that cannot help any coach to reach quarter finals, I am a winner and I won't just sit and watch my team losing, so I will either escape or ask my bosses to let me go." Mugerwa told our close sources.
 
Mugerwa, is set to officially announce his departure  from coaching the 2019 Masaza Cup winners, Bulemeezi officially.
 
Yusuf Kinene Senior will continue to handle Bulemeezi training sessions.
 
Bulemeezi shared points with Butambala in the first game of Butikiro group.
 
 The action will continue today as 2018 champions, Ssingo take on Mawogola at 12pm and Butambala will later 3pm play Bululi.
