Teerah Kaaya finally sues vision group, wants over 100M in compensation

The deputy programs director and news room over seer at the city Pastor Bugingo’s Salt media radio and television station has finally dragged his former employer of the new Vision printing and publication to high court for failure to meet a workman’s compensation worth uganda shillings 105,600,000 as prescribed under law.
Through his lawyers of Nalukoola, Kakeeto advocates and solicitors kaaya seeks an order compelling new Vision to pay for the injuries HR sustained whilst in the course of the vision group employment and for the items lost, explemary damages, general damages and costs of the suite.
Kaaya states that on the 7th day of march 2017 at around 23:30hrs,he with a friend Chris Lubowa left the new Vision office at industrial area together to kintintale where he parked the car besides the road to further deliver or convey boxes that were in his procession but on his way back to his car he was attacked by two unidentified men who all over sudden hit him hard on the head with a blunt object that left him unconscious.
Kaaya says at that point he realised that his laptop dell ispiron 5447core valued at ugx 1,700,000, his phone lennovo k6 power 32gb valued at 720,000, and the wallet which contained ugx 1,223,000 which money was meant for tuition of his son went missing during and after the attack.
He spent 84 days whilst undergoing treatment from kampala hospital as an out patient to that effect therefore the medical report indicated that he is likely to suffer from memory hence a justification for the amount.
