Two people die after falling in a pit at Katooke

Two people died on monday after they fell in a pit at Katooke Zone A,  Wamala Parish,  Nabweru Sub county, Wakiso district.
According to the Kampala metropolitan spokesperson Patrick Onyango, Police received information  from, Mr. Luyima Herbert, who is the information/ Publicity /Production Secretary  of Katooke zone  A, Wamala Parish, Nabweru Subcounty, Wakiso district about the incident.
Mr Luyima informed Police that two children of Mr. Kalule Sulaiman had fallen in a sock pit at the home  of Kasule  located  in Katooke A zone.
A team of Scene of Crime Officers,  Dectives, Fire and Rescue was dispatched to the area and two bodies were retrieved.
The deceased were identified  as Kavuma Frank aged 19 years, Senior Six vacist and Mulangira Mark aged 23years 
Its alleged that  one  of the  deceased lost a key and it dropped in the pit of about 30 feet. 
He fell inside as he attempted to recover it. His brother also fell in the pit as he attempted to rescue him.
The bodies were taken to Mulago City Mortuary for  postmortem.
Mr. Kalule Sulaiman and his wife collapsed due  to high blood pressure (hypertension)  and were  admitted at Victoria clinic located at Katooke A zone.
Inquiries are still ongoing and more details will be availed as they unfold.
