Victoria University urges students to use the skill acauired to better their personal career.

Kampala: Victoria University Vice Chancellor Associate. Prof. Dr. Krishna N. Sharma urged students to use the education skill acquired to stimulate their personal career by being job creators before thinking of getting office work.
Prof. Sharma revealed this as the University is preparing it’s 4th Graduation that will take place on 6th of September 2019 at Speke Resort Munyonyo.
“I believes the University has prepared the graduate’s well to be able to enter the job market with full resource of knowledge not only to look for but to start their own” Said Prof Sharma
He added that, they have gained enough knowledge from the classrooms with expert lecturers, undertaken  internship with some of the best-established organizations in the country.
“Practical is the best key for gaining good skill, so we have prepared them, no critisis because they can represent Victoria University and also develop themselves” Said Prof. Sharma
Before the graduation, Graduate’s first under go through two to three additional practical training and some of the tips includes, how to write CVs, dress up management, Interview appearance, networking, how to crack a deal, how to handle stress management at work, spiritual and conflict etc
This year’s graduation is to be held under the theme “Developing Agents of Change”, will see hundreds of students return to their respective homes with degrees and diplomas having done a good job studying.
Prof. Sharma told PressUg.com that, the business man with full of investments across all the sectors Mr. Patrick Bitature will be the Key note speaker to inspire the Graduate’s following the the graduation them “Developing Agent’s of Change”
Graduands headed by Maria Nabunya while speaking to Pressug.com express their feeling.
“Am very excited because it been such a pool of opportunities, networking and so many learning experiences, I have achieved not only academically but also  in aspects of life like leadership since I am the former guild president” Nabunya
