The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducts regular draws under its Expression of Interest (EOI) system to invite candidates to submit a full application to the MPNP. This draw comes after a gap of almost two weeks. The previous Manitoba PNP draw was held on November 16, 2023.
The Manitoba PNP latest draw held on November 30, 2023, issued invitations to 268 candidates under all three Manitoba streams i.e., Skilled Worker in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas.

Close Relative in Manitoba Selection
To apply under the Close Relative in Manitoba Selection category, both the applicants and the supporter must provide supporting documents proving their family relationship. To be considered as a close relative, the supporter in Manitoba must be related to the applicant as their:
- Sister or Brother
- Niece or Nephew
- Aunt or Uncle
- First Cousin
- Mother or Father
- Grandmother or Grandfather
Applicants with a supporter in Manitoba must declare that person and their contact information for correspondence with the MPNP so that your supporter is authorized to discuss your application. The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program requires up-to-date contact information for your Manitoba Supporter.
