The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) has conducted a new draw under its Expression of Interest (EOI) system. This was Manitoba’s second EOI draw of September.
The Manitoba PNP latest draw held on September 21, 2023, saw invitations being issued to a total of 620 candidates under three MPNP streams i.e., Skilled Worker In Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas.
The previous draw was held on September 7, which issued nominations to a total of 558 candidates.

Of the 620 invitations issued in this draw, 59 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) invites the highest-scoring candidates in the pool to submit a full application to the MPNP on a regular basis. MPNP draws are usually held on a bi-weekly basis – with some exceptions. The frequency, size, and date of the next Manitoba draw is determined by the needs of the province’s application inventory.
