Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted a new all-program Express Entry draw. Being an all-program draw, IRCC invited candidates from all three Express Entry managed streams: Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
The Express Entry latest draw held on July 11, 2023, saw invitations being issued to a total of 800 candidates present in the pool. Invited candidates targeted in the latest Express Entry draw also required a minimum CRS score of 505 to be eligible.

If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the CRS score cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
