The Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) conducted two draws in July. In both these draws, candidates from AAIP’s Express Entry Stream were targeted.
If you have been invited in these Alberta PNP latest draws, you must send a copy of your invitation letter – along with the requested information to the AAIP within 2 weeks of receiving the invitation.
Alberta PNP Latest Draws – Results
The Alberta PNP latest draws held on July 02 and 15, 2024, invited a total of 63 candidates from the Alberta Express Entry Stream. Candidates with work experience in in-demand healthcare jobs in Alberta were invited.

Managed under the AAIP, the Alberta Express Entry Stream selects candidates from the Express Entry pool and invites them to apply for a nomination for permanent residence (PR). Based on available profile information in the federal Express Entry portal, the AAIP may send an invitation to apply to the program depending on the selection factors or pathway design
Alberta Dedicated Healthcare Pathway
You may be eligible to immigrate to Alberta under the Dedicated Healthcare Pathway if:
- Your primary occupation is in an eligible National Occupation Classification (NOC) code.
- You have a valid job offer from an employer in Alberta in the healthcare sector.
- You can provide verifiable proof of meeting the minimal requirements set by the applicable regulatory organisation.

NOC 31102 – Physicians
NOC 31301 – Registered Nurses (RNs)
NOC 32101 – Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
NOC 31302 – Nurse Practitioners (NPs)
NOC 31303 – Physician Assistants
NOC 31203 – Occupational Therapist
NOC 31202 – Physiotherapist
NOC 41300 – Clinical Social Worker
NOC 31200 – Psychologist
In 2024, up to 30% of available Express Entry allocations under the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) will go to the Dedicated Healthcare Pathway.
