The province of British Columbia welcomed over 160 Canada immigration candidates through the BC PNP on April 12, 2022. (British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program).
Except for Quebec and Nunavut, the majority of Canadian provinces and territories have their own PNPs. Through these initiatives, interested persons may be asked to seek for a provincial nomination. Although provincial nomination is not synonymous with permanent residency, it can considerably improve one’s prospects of gaining permanent resident status.
For example, PNP applicants with Express Entry profiles who are nominated earn 600 points added to their score. They may also be invited to apply for a PNP-specific batch of invites.
BC issued invitations to immigration candidates as part of their PNPs on April 12, 2022. The following are the specifics of the new draws.
