The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) has conducted its new draw. This is the first invitation round of the month conducted by the province in December.
Candidates invited to this latest BC PNP draw will have 30 days to complete their Permanent Residence (PR) application. If this timeframe passes, your application will no longer be valid.
BC PNP Latest Draw – Results
The BC PNP latest draw was held on 3 December 2024. A total of 21 invitations were issued under the skills immigration stream. The CRS score for this BC PNP draw ranges from 102 to 141. The occupations targeted under this draw are childcare, construction, healthcare, and tech.
If you did not receive any invitation, you should not withdraw your profile from the pool. You might receive an invitation to the next BC PNP draw. The next BC PNP Draw is expected to be released on 10 December 2024.
British Columbia – Eligibility Criteria
British Columbia releases its draws to invite skilled entrepreneurs and overseas immigrants. Skills immigration draws are a key part of British Columbia’s immigration process. The eligibility criteria for British Columbia PNP are as follows:-
- Entry-level applicants must show work experience in British Columbia. International graduates from Canadian universities may not be required to show any work experience.
- Applicants must show an intention to live and work in the province through proof of documentation, family ties, etc.
- Candidates must be proficient in English or French language.
- Applicants must have adequate educational qualifications
- Candidates must have an offer letter from a Canadian employer unless they are an international graduate.
Currently, 80% of applications under the BC PNP are being processed within 8-10 months.
