British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) conducted a new Skills Immigration draw for Skilled Workers and International Graduates. This was the second Skills Immigration draw conducted by British Columbia in July.
The BC PNP latest draw held on July 11, 2023, saw ITAs being issued a total of 207 candidates under BC PNP’s Skills Immigration stream. Invited candidates required a minimum CRS score of 60-109 – to be eligible for this invitation round.

BC PNP Latest Draw – Selection Factors
Targeted invitations to apply to the Skills Immigration streams may be based on one or more of the following factors:
- Education – level, and field of education and where it was completed.
- Eligible professional designations in B.C.
- Language skills.
- Occupation.
- Duration and skill level of work experience.
- Wage and/or skill level of job offer.
- Intent to live, work and settle in a specific region.
- Strategic priorities – factors that address specific labor market needs in B.C. or support government pilot projects and initiatives.
British Columbia’s Skills Immigration stream is one of the many immigration streams operated by the province of British Columbia. Managed under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP), this stream targets skilled workers and international graduates with the skills and/or the academic & employment experience required to contribute to BC’s economy – who may be eligible for nomination to apply for Canada PR.
British Columbia issues ITAs to eligible candidates on a weekly basis, with some exceptions. The frequency, size, and date of the BC PNP latest draw – are all determined by the needs of the BC PNP application inventory.
