On December 7, 2021, British Columbia issued a new set of invites. The British Columbia Nominee Program (BCPNP) welcomed 318 people to apply for provincial nomination through the Skills Immigration and Express Entry streams.
BC has staged a separate draw for individuals with work experience in NOC codes 0621 and 0631 once more. Since February 2021, these separate drawings have been undertaken to balance labour market requirements across industries. Future draw requirements may alter as a result of changing labour market demands.

Get a Free Express Entry Assessment
To qualify for BCPNP Skills Immigration, you must have a work offer and the assistance of a BC business unless you are eligible for BC’s International Post-Graduate category. However, for BC immigration, candidates may not be required to complete a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). The Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) of British Columbia provides work permit support letters to successful nominees, which can be used in place of an LMIA.
Candidates who satisfy the qualifications for the Skilled Worker, International Graduate, Entry Level, and Semi-Skilled Worker paths in British Columbia can submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to the province. When an applicant submits an EOI profile, the province’s Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS) ranks them and assigns them a “SIRS” score. Then, BC will send invitations to the top-ranking applicants to seek the nomination. Candidates have 30 days after getting an invitation to prepare and submit their online application to the province. Nominated people are then asked to apply for Permanent Residence with the federal government.
