Candidates were invited through BC PNP’s two major immigration streams – Express Entry BC (EEBC) and Skills Immigration (SI). To be specific invitations were issued to candidates who have applied for provincial nomination through SI and EEBC sub-categories: Skilled Worker, International Graduate, and Entry Level, and Semi-Skilled.
The minimum points required in this latest BC PNP draw were between 81 and 96 points.
Another provincial draw was held targeting two specific NOC Codes:
- Retail and wholesale trade managers (NOC Code 0621)
- Restaurant and foodservice managers (NOC Code 0631)
44 invitations were invited in this round of invitations with a minimum score of 113 points.
So far, British Columbia has held 18 provincial draws, inviting a total of 2,909 immigrants for permanent residency.

To apply for the BC PNP provincial nomination, candidates must register under their profile through Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS). Once you have registered, your profile will be assigned scores based on factors such as work experience, age, and language proficiency.
The highest scoring candidate’s profiles are then issued invitations through frequently held rounds of invitations. Candidates will have 30 days, after getting the invitation, to submit their application for provincial nomination.
Express Entry candidates with a provincial nomination are automatically awarded 600 CRS points, effectively guaranteeing an Invitation To Apply (ITA) in the next express entry draw for Canada PR Visa.
