Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted a new all-program Express Entry draw.
Being an all-program draw, candidates from the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and Canadian Experience Class (CEC) were targeted to this latest Express Entry draw.
The Express Entry latest draw held on September 19, 2023, saw invitations being issued to a total of 3,200 candidates present in the pool. Invited candidates required a minimum CRS score of 531 – to be eligible for this invitation round.

If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
This was Canada’s first Express Entry draw in over a month. There were more Express Entry draws this summer than in previous years due to the introduction of category-based selection for Express Entry. However, until today a draw has not taken place since the most recent all-program draw on August 15 in which 4,300 candidates received ITAs.
