On March 16, 2023, Ontario conducted back-to-back targeted draws for French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream candidates – issuing a total of 615 Notification of Interest (NOIs).
Ontario PNP issued targeted Notification of Interest (NOI) to candidates who were eligible for Express Entry’s French-Speaking Skilled Worker (FSSW) stream. This was the first FSSW draw conducted by Ontario in 2023.

- Type of draw: Targeted for Tech, Trades, and Other Priority occupations.
DRAW 2
- Number of NOIs issued: 344
- CRS score range: 400 – 489
- Profiles created in IRCCs Express Entry system: March 16, 2022 – March 16, 2023
- Type of draw: Targeted for Health, Education, and Finance occupations
Candidates were also required to have employment experience in certain National Occupation Classification (NOC) codes. Not all occupations were invited.
