Leaners, teachers and pupils were advised to always practice peace as a way of resolving conflicts amicably.
The call was made by Carole St.Laurent the President of Cry Peace initiative a non government organisation at the official launch of peace club in two schools of Parental Care Nursery and Primary School Bushenyi and St.Kagwa High school all located in Bushenyi Ishaka municipality.
Carole St. Laurent said the peace club in ealy school going age will help to create a positive impact do with peace around the communities and individuals.
She said the absence of violence is a fundamental aspect is the lack of conflict, war, and public disturbance will at all times promote harmony and tranquility.
Gilbert Kansiime Arinaitwe the former President Rotary club of Bushenyi said peace club will be one the components Rotaract club under Rotary.
He said the process of building peace can be a continuous process of working towards positive social bonds and overcoming conflict that will impact values, empathy, dignity for humanity.
Desmond Tayebwa the Parental Care Nursery and Primary School Bushenyi headteacter said the school started a number of clubs to help the young ones to prosper in life.
