Patrick Okidi | Dokolo, (UG): According to Harriet Ageno, commonly known as ‘Nenidiro,’ in a telephone interview with our reporter on Thursday morning, she narrated that she is now set for the Dokolo by-election after being officially flagged off by her party President, Kyagulanyi Robert (Bobi Wine).

Recently, Omoo Geoffrey, Honorable Jasper Okello, and NUP Registrar of Dokolo District, along with sub-county leaders, attended a meeting with over 300 youth in Dokolo Town Council, including the Secretary-General of NUP.

A week ago, Opio, the chairperson of NUP Dokolo District, requested that an NUP office be opened in Dokolo and that the office bearers be facilitated to strengthen the party.

The party has therefore endorsed Harriet Ageno “Nenidiro” as their party flag bearer for the upcoming Dokolo Woman Member of Parliament by-election on Wednesday, from Kampala.
