Former NSSF Managing Director, Richard Byarugaba is among those who have been shortlisted for the Kampala Capital City Executive Director job.
Having served as NSSF Managing Director for 12 years, Byarugaba was in 2022 booted out of the fund when his contract was not renewed by the Minister for Gender, Betty Amongi.
