Immigration Directorate Boss Gaddafy On Spot For Politicising Luwero Court Battles – Ultimate News

NRM CEC member Nasur Gaddafi, who is also a director at the directorate of immigration, has been exposed for weaponizing a commercial dispute in order to overcome a political opponent Ronald Ndawula with whom they are fighting for the position of Katikamu North County MP Seat come 2026.

Gaddafi’s known political allies like Abdul Nadduli have come out to openly support Pakistani car dealer Qayyum Mazhar Quresh whose car bond company Hiraa Traders Uganda Ltd wants Court to authorize the attachment and selling off of Ndawula’s property including Everest College in Luwero Town Council and rental apartments, in order to recover roughly Ugx400m which is owed in relation to five vehicles Quresh claims to have supplied to Ndawula in 2011.

At the instigation of Gaddafi, Nadduli has given written evidence in form of affidavit in order to persuade Court to issue an order authorizing the Pakistani car dealer to attach and auction those properties. All this is calculated to weaken Ndawula financially so that he doesn’t stand in Gaddafi’s way to become the NRM flag bearer for Katikamu North come 2026.

Nadduli is also working with NUP’s Dennis Sekabira, the incumbent area MP, who has also sworn an affidavit in defense of the Pakistani car dealer in the same Court.

The two Nadduli and Sekabira say they are prepared to help Court and the Pakistani car dealer to identify and locate everything Ndawula owns so that it can be sold to weaken him financially ahead of the 2026 campaigns. The Pakistani’s application is before Justice Stephen Mubiru who is the heads of the Commercial division of the High Court.

Ndawula, who is also the NRM Chairman for Luwero district, has become such a big threat to Gaddafi especially after Muslims at Kiberenge Mosque in Luwero Sub County rolled a red carpet to receive him yet this is where Gaddafi prays from also and considers it to be his stronghold.

The Muslim leaders at Kiberenge Mosque turned against Gaddafi and embraced Ndawula after the Immigration director refused or failed to fund the completion of their Mosque yet Ndawula accepted to fund everything.

The Muslims of Kiberenge have since vowed to kill Ndawula with votes while shunning Gaddafi who they say is mean and unwilling to finance development programs in his birth place. The loss of support at home ground is something which has made CEC member Gaddafi to have sleepless nights.
