British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) conducted its new Skills Immigration draw for Skilled Workers and International Graduates. This was the first Skills Immigration draw conducted by British Columbia in July.
The latest BC PNP draw was held on July 05, 2023 – and issued a total of 137 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to eligible candidates present in the BC PNP pool. The minimum score required to be eligible for an ITA ranged between 60 and 90.

Category 1: Targeted Draw: Tech
- Total number of invitations: 97
- Streams invited: Skilled Workers & International Graduates (including EEBC option)
- Minimum score: 90
Category 2: Targeted Draw (Childcare: Early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 42202))
- Total number of invitations: 23
- Streams invited: Skilled Workers and International Graduates (including EEBC option)
- Minimum score: 60
Category 3: Targeted Draw (Healthcare)
- Total number of invitations: 17
- Streams invited: Skilled Workers and International Graduates (including EEBC option)
- Minimum score: 60
British Columbia PNP issues ITAs to eligible candidates on a weekly basis, with some exceptions. The frequency, size, and date of the next BC PNP draw – are determined by the needs of the BC PNP application inventory.
