Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted its fourth Express Entry draw of the week. This was the first-ever category-based Express Entry draw for the French-Language Proficiency category.
The latest Express Entry draw held on July 07, 2023, saw Invitations to Apply (ITAs) being issued to a total of 2,300 candidates under the French-Language Proficiency category. Invited candidates also required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 439 – to be eligible for this invitation round.

If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the CRS score cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
This is the sixth Express Entry draw conducted by IRCC in two weeks, bringing the total number of candidates invited over this period to 9,800. The most recent round took place yesterday, July 6, which invited 1,500 candidates with work experience in Healthcare occupations.
