The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) conducted a new Expression of Interest (EOI) draw on April 20, 2023 – issuing invitations to a total of 1,067 candidates.
The number of invitations issued in this draw nearly doubled from the previous Saskatchewan PNP draw – the minimum score required dropped by 13 points.

Who was invited?
623 invitations were issued from the Express Entry stream with specific NOC codes, with a minimum score of 69. Invited candidates had Educational Credential Assessment (ECA). Not all occupations were selected.
444 invitations were issued from the Occupation in-demand stream with specific NOC codes, with a minimum score of 69. Invited candidates had Educational Credential Assessment (ECA). Not all occupations were selected.
