Nova Scotia PNP draw welcomes French-speaking candidates

The Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP) conducted a new draw on November 7 – through the province’s Express Entry-linked Labor Market Priorities Stream.

The Nova Scotia PNP November 7 draw targeted French-speaking candidates that had a Canadian Level Benchmark (CLB) score of 10 or higher in all language abilities. In all abilities, they also needed a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) score of 7 or above in English.

Highlights of the November 7, Nova Scotia draw:

• Have selected French as their first official language and have a Canadian Language Benchmark score of 10 or higher in French in all language abilities.
• Have English as a second official language with a Canadian Language Benchmark score of 7 or higher in English in all language abilities.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree OR have completed a program of three or more years at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institutes.
• Include copies of both language tests and proof of education with your application.
• Proof of education must include an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report issued by an organization designated by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada if your educational credential was obtained outside of Canada.
• Apply no later than 11:59 p.m. Dec. 7, 2022.
