Outgoing Makindye Legislator Hon. Derrick Nyeko

“To my team, supporters, and family. As I shared before, we must accept the outcome, whatever it may be. Our strength has never been only in victory, but in the spirit of resilience, loyalty, and commitment to the cause we believe in.” Stated Nyeko

He also clarified, that the struggle they began was never about individuals–it was about values. Values of integrity, justice, and service to our people.

“These values remain unshaken, and it is on them that we shall continue to build.Even when the path seems uncertain, we must stand united. The enemy wil rejoice if they see division among us, but we shall not give them that satisfaction. Our bond is stronger than any setback.”

Nyeko further called upon his supporters, to carry hope, carry courage, and above all, carry forward the dream that made them begin this journey.
