The Uganda police force has blocked an event to celebrate the life of NUP’s fallen Deputy President, Hon. Jolly Mugisha.
The police has been deployed heavily at Nyamityobora Grounds in Mbarara and blocked access to it.
In his Facebook post,NUP’s President Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu says that all service providers have been chased away,and threatened to be arrested,following orders of RPC Wilfred Bagambaki.
