On December 07, 2023, Quebec conducted a new draw for foreign skilled workers under its Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP). This was the first RSWP draw conducted by Quebec in December. The previous invitation round was held on November 14.
The Quebec RSWP latest draw held on December 07, 2023, saw invitations being extended to 1,187 candidates with a minimum score equal to or greater than 604 points.
Draw Results
The MIFI issued invitations for permanent selection in the Quebec RSWP latest draw to 1,187 candidates who met the following eligibility criteria:
- They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French
- They had a score equal to or greater than 604 points.
- They had a valid job offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
The date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank was December 4, 2023, at 6:30 a.m.

If you have received an invitation in the latest draw, you will receive a communication in your Arrima message centre with the information needed to access the form – and submit an application for permanent selection.
If you are still in the bank waiting for an invitation, it is important to regularly update your Expression of Interest (EOI). You may receive an invitation to submit your permanent selection application at any time.
Quebec’s Ministry of Immigration, Frenchisation, and Integration (MIFI) conducts invitation rounds on a bi-weekly basis. Candidates whose profiles correspond to Quebec immigration streams, needs and application inventory – and have good potential for integration are invited to submit an application for permanent selection.
