Quebec’s Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI) has conducted a new draw. This was the first draw conducted by the department in August.
If you have been invited to this Quebec latest draw, you will receive a notification in your Arrima message centre with the information needed to submit a complete application for permanent residence (PR).
Quebec Latest Draw – Results
The Quebec latest draw held on August 01, 2024, saw invitations being issued to 1,490 candidates under the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP). The date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank was July 29, 2024, at 6:25 a.m.
The invitations were issued to candidates that met the following criteria:
- They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français or its equivalent.
- They had a score equal to or greater than 580 points.
Invitations were also issued to candidates that met the following criteria:
- They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français or its equivalent.
- They had a valid job offer outside the territory of Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
The decision to invite candidates to apply for permanent residence is determined by the invitation criteria set by Quebec’s Minister of Immigration, Francization, and Integration (MIFI). You have 60 days to submit your application and pay the processing fees. If you miss this deadline, your profile will become invalid.
The Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) is designed for foreign workers who wish to immigrate to Quebec permanently for employment. To begin your application, you must first declare your interest in moving to Quebec by submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI).
