On June 13, 2023, the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) conducted its second Skills Immigration draw of the month. The latest BC PNP draw issued Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to a total of 211 candidates present in the pool.
BC PNP’s Skills Immigration Stream
The British Columbia Skills Immigration is a collection of immigration streams managed under the BCPNP.
- BC Skilled Worker
- BC Healthcare Professional
- BC International Graduate
- BC International Post-Graduate
- BC Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker
Through the BC PNP Skills Immigration stream, skilled workers and international graduates with skills and experience required to successfully contribute to the BC economy – may be issued an ITA to apply for Canada PR.
It’s important to note that the BC PNP is highly competitive, and meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee you will receive a nomination. Therefore, ensuring that your application is as strong as possible is essential by providing all the required documentation and presenting your qualifications and experience in the best possible light.

Category 1: General Draw
- Total number of invitations: 170
- Streams invited: Skilled Workers & International Graduates (including EEBC option) and Entry-Level & Semi-Skilled
- Minimum score: 87-107
Category 2: Targeted Draw (Childcare: Early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 42202))
- Total number of invitations: 23
- Streams invited: Skilled Workers and International Graduates (including EEBC option)
- Minimum score: 60
Category 3: Targeted Draw (Healthcare)
- Total number of invitations: 18
- Streams invited: Skilled Workers and International Graduates (including EEBC option)
- Minimum score: 60
BC PNP issues ITAs to eligible candidates on a weekly basis, with some exceptions. The frequency, size, and date of the next BC PNP draw – are determined by the needs of the BC PNP application inventory.
