Singer Pallaso Declares Publicly his Love for NUP

KAMPALA– Singer Pius Mayanja aka Pallaso, has officially declared that he is a member of National Unity Platform (NUP) being headed by fellow Singer Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi wine.

“Immediate action is needed. Our future depends on change. I support NUP. Let’s go, Uganda—you deserve better. The time to change is now.” Posted Pallaso on his official Twitter account on Sunday night.

This has surprised many Ugandans especially those who know Pallaso’s allegiance to Joseph Mayanja aka Chameleon, his elder brother currently campaigning for National Resistance Movement (NRM).

In the past few weeks, Chameleon has vowed to rally fellow artists behind President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni under NRM, on grounds that he has done a lot for this country and so there is a need to appreciate him by voting him back to office.
