KAMPALA – UG Standard’s Samuel Sanya has made the shortlist for the prestigious 9th Pan-African Re/Insurance Journalism Awards in April.
The nominees from across the continent were released on Friday, March 23, 2024, with UG Standard’s favarite to win the online category.
In this story, Microinsurance: Saving Lives One Premium at a Time in Rural Uganda, he highlighted the role, the Community Health Insurance Schemes in Uganda play and how they can replicated through national health insurance policy.

The nominees for the awards ceremony, scheduled to coincide with the Continental Re 9th CEO Summit on April 12th, 2024, in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, have been announced.
