Former Rubaga deputy Resident City Commissioner (RCC) Anderson Burora whom Police arrested during Monday night has been transferred from Kira Police Station to the Central Police Station (CPS) in Kampala.
Anonymous men who were suspected to be security operatives but not in uniform rounded up Burora’s home and asked him to follow them, leading him to Kira Road Police Station.
However, on Tuesday afternoon, Burora was transferred to CPS in Kampala. By 2:45pm on Tuesday, authorities were yet to communicate the exact cause of his arrest or charges likely to be preferred against him by police.
Using social media, Burora on Monday night claimed that his home had been besieged by unknown men who ordered him to follow them.
