Dynamic Secondary School Ssonde has been crowned champions of the second of the Latifah Cup after they shoot Latifah Mixed Secondary School Kabimbiri 4-3 following a barren (0-0) draw in the final on Sunday 5th, October 2025 at Kabimbiri R/C Primary School Playground.

The tournament that kicked off on Saturday in Kabimbiri saw eight (8) schools compete in boys’ football.

The event was attended by Mukono District Secondary Schools Sports Associations chairman, Steven Kitooke who challenged schools to always take sports serious

“Schools in Mukono have what it takes to be national champions. I want to encourage the participants we work hard, I believe we can be there. “

“I know sports is very, very expensive, but thanks to school proprietors for investing in talent development despite the tight budget because this 3rd term where many would think we should concentrate on academics but coming in this tournament shows real love for sports”. Added Richard Muhumuza
