Buganda Regional League side Seeta United have officially unveiled their 2025/26 season squad, setting sights on promotion to the FUFA Big League.
The squad presentation took place on Thursday evening at Seeta Community Playground in Mukono District, where 25 players — a mix of old faces and fresh signings — were introduced to the fans.
Among the six new recruits is Uganda Cranes veteran Brian Majwega, whose arrival is seen as a major boost to the team’s promotion ambitions. Other signings include Mboowa Derrick, Hakim Lule, Mubiru Patrick, Mawejje Owen, and Kasirye Elisah John.
The unveiling was held during a friendly match against Friends of Ali Mawejje, a team formed to honour Seeta United’s long-serving player Ali Mawejje, who was given a guard of honour in recognition of his 21 years of service to the club.
